Factory manifolds are also known to fail due to cracks, warping, and broken bolts. The HSP Diesel Manifolds solve these issues while looking better and increasing performance.
The HSP Diesel Coated Billet Manifolds are cast using high-strength steel and finished on a 5-axis CNC for a perfect fit. This precision machining maximizes flow through a more open port design, eliminating the common flow restriction found in the factory driver-side manifold. The one-piece construction provides superior strength and resistance to cracking or warping compared to multi-piece welded designs. The low-profile form also provides extra clearance for custom routing. These manifolds work with factory-style up-pipes and come ceramic coated for heat protection rated up to 2,000°F.
Note: The engine code is determined by the 8th character of the VIN number, and the 10th character designates the model year.
